1. About Us

Rock-Road Industries ("we", "us", "our") is a Canadian industrial and agricultural supply company. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. All transactions are subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the site without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order acceptance is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We do not store your full payment card details.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards as supported by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.

5. Taxes

Orders shipped within Ontario are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 13%. Orders shipped to other provinces may be subject to the applicable provincial and federal taxes for that destination. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Free standard shipping is available on orders of CA$200 or more (before taxes and fees) that weigh under 22 kg. Other orders are charged by total weight, calculated at checkout. Full details on our Shipping Policy page
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We currently ship within Canada only

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer the following return policy:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original, unused condition with original packaging
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@rockroadindustries.ca with your order number and reason for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Certain items (special orders, clearance items, hazardous materials) are non-returnable and will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase

8. Warranty

Products are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. For warranty claims, contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer.

9. Coupon Codes & Promotions

• Coupon codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated
• Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted
• Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time without notice
• Discounts are applied to product subtotals before tax and shipping

10. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Rock-Road Industries or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock-Road Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
