Free Shipping — How to Qualify

• Your order total must be CA$200 or more, before any taxes and fees.
• The order must weigh under 22 kg* in total.
• Qualifying orders show a free standard shipping option at checkout. Faster/expedited shipping, if you need it, is available as a paid option.
• The order must ship to a single address. Orders cannot be split to qualify for free shipping; Rock-Road Industries reserves the right to identify and decline such orders.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders that don't qualify for free shipping are charged by total weight:

• Up to 5 kg — CA$19.99
• 5–20 kg — CA$39.99
• 20–50 kg — CA$79.99
• Over 50 kg — a custom freight quote is provided (no online charge; we'll quote you directly)

Exclusions & Special Cases

• Due to higher carrier costs, free shipping excludes locations classed as “remote areas” by Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator. Not sure if you're in one? Email us anytime at info@rockroadindustries.ca.
• If a carrier quotes excessive freight for any reason not covered here, we reserve the right to hold the shipment and notify you of any charges that need to be paid before it ships.
• Rock-Road Industries reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping offer at any time without notice.
• We currently ship within Canada only.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days across Canada, depending on your location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

* A Note on Weight

Shipping weight is the greater of an item's actual weight and its volumetric (dimensional) weight. The larger an item is, the more space it takes on a truck or aircraft, so for big-but-light items the cost is based on size rather than weight.
